Saturday October 4, 2014 is the Great Lakes
Emergency Expo at the Birch Run Expo Center. The event will begin at 8
am and run to 4 pm. Setup will begin at 6 am.The club will be participating in the expo and present the aspects of Amateur Radio and
related activities like education, public service, skywarn and emergency
services. We will be provided with a table at the expo and will display various items,
radios and publications. We will also give a seminar to the public on the different
aspects of Ham Radio.
Thank you to everyone that helped at the expo and to Dave W8DW that
worked the State and District exercises from the club trailer.
