Hospital Entrance Process

St Mary’s:

• Enter through the main entrance. 
• Go right around the Front Desk and turn left at the first hallway
• The Security office is behind the Front Desk
• Let the Security guard know that you need to get into the Endo Cleaning Room located in the Emergency department. 
• To get to this room follow the hallway behind the Front Desk to the end.  Turn right and then left at the next hallway.  Go past the first set of double doors on the left to the Emergency room (doors with windows) to the second set of double doors (no window).  You will need security to let you through these doors.  The room will be located on the right about half way down the hall.

Covenant – Cooper:

• Go thought the ER entrance off of Cooper
• Once entering, turn left and go to the Security Office (first office on left)
• Let the Security guard know that you need to get into the Ham Radio room located in the Mental Health office in the Emergency Room area.
• Next you must stop at the Nurses Station in the ER and let the Charge Nurse know that you are there and need to get into the Mental Health office.  The name of the Charge Nurse on duty is located on either of the two large White Boards on the wall behind the Nurses station.  Another nurse may just take your information and relay it to the Charge Nurse if he/she is not available.  The Charge Nurse or Security guard will then let you into the office. 
  
  Note: this office is usually staffed at all hours so be considerate of others in the office and their job.

Covenant – Harrison:

• Go into the main entrance off of Harrison and have the person at the Front Desk contact Security to let you into Conference Room D.
• Security should either meet you at the main entrance, or at the Conference Room
• Go down the main hallway to just before you get to the elevators and turn left.  Go down to the end of the hallway (going toward the Harrison Street Grill) the Conference Room is the last door on the left (across from Carl’s office)
• You will need the key to open the lock on the closet or have security unlock the lock.

Veterans:

Exiting the Hospitals

St Mary’s:

• You will need to go back to the Security office and let Security know you are done and to lock the room and you are leaving the building.
• You can also lock the room your self by pressing the button on the side of the door, but still need to let Security know you are leaving the building.

Covenant – Cooper:

• You will need to let the Nurses Station (Charge Nurse) know you are done and lock the office if no one is working in that room.
• Let Security know you are done and leaving the building

Covenant – Harrison:

• Lock the closet
• Lock the Conference Room door (lock button on side of door) and turn off lights.
• Let the person at the Front Desk know that you are done, the door has been locked, and you are leaving the building.  They may want to contact Security to follow up.
